An Existing Reinforced Concrete Framed Structure
Tino Structures was engaged by EQ Struc Limited to provide key technical services on the Citigroup Centre building for the leading NZX-listed property group, Argosy Property Limited. The subject building is an existing fifteen-storey high-rise Reinforced Concrete (RC) framed structure. The scope of our work includes the following:
Detailed site inspection and investigations to determine the as-built configuration of the building
Detailed Seismic Assessment (DSA) of the primary and secondary structural elements of the building using 3D linear and non-linear displacement-based analysis including the deep foundations and the soil-foundation-structure-interactions during a major earthquake
Detailed design of the structural upgrade to improve the seismic performance of the building and strengthen the building for the proposed alterations at the basement and podium levels
